As a corporate trainer and leadership coach, I support organisations in transforming managers into engaging leaders leading high performing teams. As a former people development leader in the banking and finance sector, I have deep insights into the corporate environment and an employee’s needs, which I effectively leverage in my trainings and workshops.

Corporate experience of 15+ years at Senior level as L&D lead, Trainer, HR Business Partner & Corporate RM with organisations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank & IDBI Capital

During my corporate stint / experience, I have managed core HR areas in the end-to-end employee life cycle viz. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development & Employee Engagement. Implemented learning interventions to empower employees to excel in their roles.
